New to this year, FUNDRAISING!
The 'Lätzsch Trombone Festival' will adopt a specific cancer foundation each year for charity.
During this year’s Festival, we will raise money to support Carol Jarvis’
'TROMBONES RAISE MONEY FOR CHARITY’ project.
Both festival artist, Carol Jarvis, and festival Manager, Ben Cruiming, have battled through Hodgkins and Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma whilst maintaining their positions as two of the top professional trombone players in the world.
Ever since Carol’s diagnosis of Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2004, she has been actively involved with many different cancer charities. “I will forever want to say thank you to not only my nurses, doctors and hospital, but to all those involved in the research into cancer throughout the world. If I can help raise funds through lots of different avenues, then I may be able to help future patients and help a tiny bit towards the cure for cancer once and for all.” - Carol Jarvis
